Refund policy
I do not accept returns.
As each item is hand made, variations in color, fit, and sizing may occur. I cannot guarantee perfection, but I will always do my best to work with you to ensure the correct sizing or remedy any issue with quality, including fixing any product that you ordered or making a replacement*. If you need an item fixed or altered, you can send it back to me free of charge (I will provide a packing slip or reimburse you for the postage).
*Replacements not eligible on sweaters.
Refunds will only be issued in the event that one of the above solutions is not possible.
